N. Toosi University of Technology, Islamic Azad University and the Research Center for Road, Housing, and Urban Development, as well as experienced engineers in the field of concrete industry. Dr. Shekarchi Zadeh, a faculty member of the University of Tehran and the Chairman of the Board of the Iranian Concrete Association, provided guidance on the practical implementation of the industry-academia connection.
